ABSTRACT:
A 6 page paper. Using a scenario provided by the student, which is briefly outlined, a case study analysis is performed. In this scenario, a co-worker violates sexual harassment laws and policies. It is not the first time but only one other formal written complaint was made. Eight other women are interviewed, all of whom has had the same experience with this employee as the woman making this complaint. The writer cites the laws that prohibit sexual harassment and responds to specific questions, such as: is there any other information the manager needs, what the manager should do, is there a culture issue (the perpetrator is Jamaican), and what to do about the victims who did not report the experience.
